Minh Hung Food Co., Ltd., which belongs to Minh Hung Group, is the importer and distributor of Beef, vegetables, fresh fruits, Canola edible oil from the North America (Canada  USA) and palm oil from Malaysia, Indonesia.

Canadian country has many advantages in nature and geographic that are suitable for growing wheats and breeding poultry. The Beef industry of Canada has developed strongly due to the strong growing of wheat, the infrastructure is built with high technology and well-equipped. The meat's quality control is very closed from the stage of choosing the breeds, controlling the animal's foods, and the process of feeding Beef, taking care of Beef's health to the stage of controlling and preventing Beef from illness. Those stages are automatical done with modern equipment and with the use of high technology. That is why there are some farms that are having 10000 beefs but only 10 people are hired to take care of the Beef.

Currently, Canada is one of top 10 countries in manufacturing and exporting Beef, vegetables and fresh fruits. The biggest exporting markets of Canada are USA and European countries. The Canadian Beef product is always verified as the high quality meat with identical quality and the brand name is trustworthy in the consumption market in the world.

Fresh fruit products from the North America such as: Apple, Grape, Cherry….are delicious fruits and very clean to ensure the health's safety of the customers.

Canola Cooking Oil is manufactured from the seed of Canola which is the high quality oil, includes all the fatty acids' compositions that are essential for good nutrition of human's body. There are two types of fatty acids such as Omega-3 and Omega-6 which are useful for brain, and helpful in preventing the stroke and heart attack of human. Besides that, those elements have great help in diet. In the comparison with other kinds of oils such as Soybean oil and Palm Oil, the Canola Oil has lower levels of toxic fatty acids than the other two products (21% unsaturated fat in Canola Oil, meanwhile the others contain 51%-54%). Moreover, Canola Oil also contains the Vitamin E and K: Vitamin E has known as the element of preventing the cancer and heart attacks, and Vitamin K is very good for human's blood. With those advantages, Canola Oil is the only product containing fatty acids that are good for human's body and contains useful vitamins for human's health, especially for the developments of the infants.

Most of the agricultural products and animal foods of Canada have high level of food safety with the close control of Canadian Ministry of public health and Canadian Ministry of agriculture.

At this moment, most of the cooking oil are imported from overseas to Vietnam, the demand in importing of soybean oil, palm oil is quite high, meanwhile Minh Hung has good relationships in trading, importing/exporting goods with many foreign partners; and Minh Hung is the supplier of packaging for the Cooking Oil Manufacturers in Vietnam. Those are good opportunities for Minh Hung to become an importer and distributor of raw materials for palm oil, soybean oil and canola oil for the cooking oil industry in Vietnam.

The activities of importing and distributing goods (Beef, Oil, Fruits, Functional foods…) are the new activities of Minh Hung Group which have been launched in February of 2009.
