Minh Hung’s  Factory of processing agricultural products - animal food is the first factory in Vietnam uses the new technology of Canada in processing the agricultural products to produce animal foods by using Corn's body tree, Pineapple waste, Sugar cane waste…in order to supply the animal foods for domestic market and exporting purpose.

Minh Hung’s Factory of processing agricultural products is invested with 5 million USD in the initial, with the total area is 50.000m2, there are 300 labors work directly at the factory. Besides the operation in manufacturing animal food, the factory has also grown the corn trees following the industrial cleaning process that meets ISO standard. This activity is to provide the full source of raw material (corn, corn body tree) in manufacturing and meets the high demand in agricultural products’ (corn) quality of markets such as North America (Canada  USA) and Japan.

Moreover, the operations of the factory also contributes to the strong development of beef's industry in Vietnam because the product has high nutrition but the cost is low. This product is used popularly in many countries that have strong development in growing beef such as USA, Canada, Japan….

During the process of producing animal food, the factory applies the steps  of drying and absorbing moisture  of the agricultural by- products (the left products after harvesting) by using the Rice Husk  as main fuel in creating heat. This product is used popularly in the countries such as Japan, Thailand, China and the Europe but has not been known and used in Vietnam.  Rice husk is currently exported by Minh Hung Group.

With the advantages such as: Experiences more than 10 years in manufacturing and doing business; The stable relationships with big corporations in over the world such as Sumitomo, Cargill, Alfalfa, PRT Inc., … and with the support of technology from those corporations, Minh Hung Group believes in the stable development and high effectiveness in production and the sales of agricultural products and the products after harvesting.

The left agricultural products after harvesting such as rice husk, corn body tree, sugar cane's waste, straw, pineapple husk,…are almost not using and cause the environmental pollution. The usage of those “agricultural wastes” in producing animal food and making fire material is not only solving the problem of environmental pollution but also creates the opportunities of jobs for people; especially this activity will turn the “agricultural wastes into money”. The processed products from agricultural wastes will open a new market that is very large and potential that Vietnam has strong advantages.
